An extra-early Komatsuna tender green hybrid thats resistant to heat. Specially suited for summer crops with high tolerance to multiple diseases. The uniform upright plants, thick leaves, and thick stems all combine to give a very high yield. Spinach-like growth habit with dark green oval leaves and equal length stems. Tolerant to Downy Mildew and White Rust, Summer Fest can be harvested in about 21 days during summer, and 50 to 70 days under plastic during winter. Excellent for gourmet salads and Japanese cooking.
